East Lost Lake is the ideal lake for fishing and boating. It is not as susceptible to high waves in windy weather as larger lakes, but has the same fish – walleye, bass, northerns, crappies, bluegills, sunfish and bullheads. There is a water access to Deer Lake and Otter Tail River
